Mr. N. Jayakumar: Managing Director
Mr. Jayakumar joined Prime Securities in 1993. He holds a B.Tech Mechanical Engineering, IIT Delhi (1978-83) and an MBA IIM Ahmedabad (1983-85). Prior to joining Prime, he was head of the Investment Banking Group at Citibank, having previously spent several years in Money Markets and Securities Trading. He is a recognized Speaker on various Business TV channels and fora for Equity research, Wealth Management, Private Equity, Wealth Restructuring, Indian Economy and Indian Stock Markets.
Mr. T. S. Anantakrishnan: Director, Private Wealth Management
Mr Anantakrishnan is a B. Tech from IIT Roorkee and an MBA Finance (NYU, Stern). He is a qualified CFA and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) USA. He has over 17 years of experience in Risk and Portfolio Analytics. Prior to joining Prime he has worked with Goldman Sachs, NY, USA in their Asset Management division. He has worked at Shumway Capital, USA as Director of Risk Advisory and at Bloomberg in the Analytics and development team. Anant presents his market views on various business channels and forums regularly.
Mr. Ravi Ramachandran: Director, Corporate Finance & Investment Banking
Ravi holds M Com, ICWA, ACS, LLB, DBA degrees and heads the Investment Banking and Corporate Finance Business at Prime. He joined Prime in 2004 and has vast experience in advising areas of financial restructuring, evaluation of business plans, joint venture proposals, acquisitions, fund raising, and strategic alliances. He has been associated with several reputed organizations such as Bank of Baroda, ITC Group, and TAIB Bank where he was President and CEO.
Mr. Vinay Motwani: Director, Institutional Equities
Vinay is BS in Management Information Systems (MIS) from University of Texas, USA . He has been with Prime for over 9 years heading Institutional Equities .He has more than 20 years of experience in Indian Stock Markets.
Ms. Shashi Singh: Associate Director, Marketing & Business Development
Shashi holds a degree in Business Management. She has over 16 years of Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Business Strategy experience in financial services. Prior to joining Prime she has worked with ICICI Prudential AMC as Head for Business Strategy & Distribution, Reliance AMC as Head – Sales & Distribution, International Business and PMS, Aditya Birla Group, Birla Global Finance Ltd and Cholamandalam AMC.
